Depression & Anxiety: Your symptoms could be due to depression and anxiety. Both can cause alterations in your perceptions, and depression often causes one to feel slow and "foggy". Are you on any medications, as many have side effects similar to your issues. The pressure in your forehead may be a physical problem. See your MD or a neurologist to get tested to be sure. If OK, see psychologist for depression help.
