Diagnosed hkpp. paralyzed at 2.4 noted low 3s also after high carb. but also have hypoglycemia 50-69 when insulin is 11-22. could i be mis diagnosed?

It is ALWAYS worthwhile to have a "second opinion" about a diagnosis like this!!
