If i had a lower carb intake this dinner with the insulin & i had hypoglycemia after 2 hrs. i treated hyperglycemia by juice, but should i eat something more to compensate the carb intake of the dinner?

In this case I recommend testing your blood sugar before bedtime and if low ( for you) have a snack. I like a bedtime blood sugar of 100-140 for a diabetic taking insulin but, if possible, it's best to check with your prescribing physician who knows you and your history very well.
