MayHaveToTakeALook: Absolutely weird things aside(like something wrong with the nerve for smell, or some kind of foreign body stuck up there, like tissue, cotton, or an alien implant)--then maybe there's what I call "shmutz" up there left over from the infection(the sinuses are notorious for not draining properly).You'd need a Smutzogram.But they are not available on this planet.Try a Neti Pot. Next, nasal endoscopy.
