What is the source: Just because you have lupus does not mean the fatigue is due to lupus. Not all people with lupus have fatigue and not all people with fatigue have lupus. I would be certain that you have the cause of the fatigue clarified by your physician. We all have fatigue from time to time and I amsure your co-workers also do but not as often as you. Fatigue can occur from many reasons
