I am glad that your lupus is under pretty good control but one can't rule out that lupus may or may not be a cause for your fatigue without exploring other probabilities. For example, anemia is a common feature in lupus and a common cause for fatigue. Make sure that you get a comprehensive evaluation on both the physical and psychologic aspects of your health.
