Have lupus.doing well.labs good.md says my lupus is doing great.work full time.active.still need frequent rest.fatigue likely not related to lupus?

Question?: I am glad that your lupus is under pretty good control but one can't rule out that lupus may or may not be a cause for your fatigue without exploring other probabilities. For example, anemia is a common feature in lupus and a common cause for fatigue. Make sure that you get a comprehensive evaluation on both the physical and psychologic aspects of your health.
