How long do the effects of guarana last? i took a guarana caffeine pill a week ago (never took caffeine pills in the past) and since then, my movements have been shaky/tremor. i have not seen research on how long tremor lasts from one use. thank you?

Guarana caffeine pill contains 200 mg to 400 mg caffeine. This dose taken once should wash off the system in 7 days. It increases concentration of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. It also contains theophylline and theobromine. Probably effects will wear off soon .

Guarana comes from Brazilian plant - contains high concentration of Caffeine. You are possibly very sensitive to Caffeine so the effect is lasting longer than the usual 5-7 days.
