: Guarana caffeine pill contains 200 mg to 400 mg caffeine. This dose taken once should wash off the system in 7 days. It increases concentration of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. It also contains theophylline and theobromine. Probably effects will wear off soon .

Guarana comes from Brazilian plant - contains high concentration of Caffeine. You are possibly very sensitive to Caffeine so the effect is lasting longer than the usual 5-7 days.
