Don't worry: Spontaneous muscle twitching is a normal phenomena. Increase in pulse rate is also normal after using caffeine or other stimulants including emotional situations.

Fast rate: It takes longer than an hour for the heart rate to return to normal(55 -90) if a significant amount of caffeine was ingested.. Alcohol also affects the heart rate. For some people 55 is a normal rate and for others, 90 would be normal.
