Yes: There is a failure rate for all methods of contraception and missing pills does increase that failure rate. Take the missed pill as soon as you realize you missed it and set an alarm in your phone to help you remember in the future. If you still have problems, discuss other methods of contraception with your PCP or GYN. Many require much less remembering. Hope this helps.

Yes: If you ovulate you can conceive. The pill works primarily by suppressing ovulation and missing one pill is not likely to result in ovulation occurring. Missing multiple pills in one pack could allow ovulation to occur.
