Bruise with round red circle inside bruise? i have picture in text message

No picture: Sorry - I can't bring up your picture. But a bruise (blue-grey color) means you've had bleeding under the skin that is more than a day old and I would be suspicious that a red circle is new bleeding. If you've not had any trauma, I would be worried about your ability to clot. If there has been no trauma, you need evaluation right away. If there has been trauma, just protect the area until it heals
