I have a bullseye bruise on my arm. the center is not bruised, but is raised slightly. it does not look red like the lyme disease pics look.

Likely not Lyme but: The most likely explanation is that this is just a bruise, unless you've been hiking in deer tic infested forests recently. I would discuss with your primary doctor who can test you for Lyme if he/she thinks it is possible.
