Ear infection: You don't indicate whether this is external ear canal or middle ear infection, which would be important. If you are having repetitive middle ear infections you would probably benefit from a visit to an ENT doctor. If this is external ear canal, you may be getting this from swimming and incomplete drying, you may be diabetic. See an ENT..
