LFTs are normal: Your Enzyme level and Bilirubin level are all Within Normal limits. UsuallyAlprazolam does not affect the Liver function.

No it is not: a serious liver condition. The blod test is normal . Medication prescribed to you to protect the liver since you taking medication everyday. So, you are doing fine at the present time in regard to your liver.

Liver function tests: Different labs uses different equipment, sometimes different methods, to measure or run tests, so it's always necessary to request lab's normal reference range in addition to test result. Using http://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/liver-function-tests/basics/results/prc-20012602, I'd say everything looks good aside from mildly elevated ALP. So your doc should have interpreted as such for you
