I have glanzmann thrombasthenia by birth. now i have been diagnosed with vasculitis. i am taking prednisone and imuran 50 for vasculitis. but my i feel pain in my liver often, can i take silymarin to support my liver against these medicines?

Never take a medicine called silymarin my silly man! Avoid all supplements as they do not have to tell you what they put in them, prove if they are safe or if they do what they say they do. Spend $20 and get a week access to uptodate.com and read as much as you can. U have a complex & rare set of issues. I would look for someone near U who is an expert in what U have. Usually at a Med.
