Right lung base there is lobulated 1.4 x 1.8 cm results show. is that serious? what is it?

Not sure if: that was an xray or a CT scan report. A pulmonologist needs to be consulted. Please make sure you take in all films (new and old) , CDs, Lab reports. I consider any lesion in the lung serious.

6 months ago several lung solid and ground glass nodules were seen during a stomach CT. The largest is 7mm. I just had another CT and the largest is still 7mm. It is lobulated in the upper right lung. Should this be biopsied or retest?
