Likely: If your pain is reminiscent of the previous episodes it is most likely another cyst. Alternate diagnoses include hemorrhoids and/ or fissure. A direct exam with your physician should give you the answer.

Pilonidal disease: See general surgeon to have the whole area excised and let it scar in. This will prevent any further problems
