Cysts: The cysts on your cervix are most likely Nabothian cysts, which are benign mucus cysts. The other bumps are something different. Likely possibilities includes, epidermal inclusion cysts, boils, ingrown hair, and hemorrhoids (near anus). See your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
