When i have sex i cramp afterward and my anus gets sharp pains. this has only happened the last two times. i also have pcos, could this be a cyst burs?

Dysparunea: Well cyst pain from rupture usually lasts 2-3 days and not necessarily associated with sex. This could be endometriosis pain. You might want to discuss this with your gynecologist for further evaluation.
