You need to see: A surgeon. Tour symptoms are secondary to an abscess which is spontaneously draining. You need an exam to see if you either need an incision and drainage or just antibiotics. For the time being soak your bottom in warm water and cover with a dry gauze.

It appears that it : Actively draining with an infection and needs treatment so see a physician. The smell is consistent with an infection alng with the drainage.

Lower butt crack is in pain, not far above the anus. Weeks back I had wounds there but in two different places. Where pain is today the skin looks red but not bulging like a cyst, skin is smooth. Could it still be a Pilonidal Cyst or what else?
