Simple Cyst: Although in healthy reproductive aged women, ovarian cysts usually are less than 5cm in diameter, if it is a little bigger (like yours), it is probably nothing to worry about. Every month, you form an ovarian cyst where the egg develops. After fertilization or menses, the cyst usually goes away. You should follow up in about 30-60 days for another evaluation.
