Hello doctor. i have usg which shows anechoic areas of sizes 2.19 *2.47cm, 2.67 *2.47cm and 2.90 *1.97cm in left adenexa.is it a ovarian cyst???

Yes: A common occurrence in young women. Number & size of cysts can vary with each cycle. Repeat ultrasound in 6 to 8 weeks to ensure there is no abnormal enlargement. If you have significant discomfort consult your Gyn.
