It's probably benign: The sonographic findings you describe are very suggestive of a benign ovarian cyst which is very likely to shrink on its own and resolve spontaneously over 2 to 3 months. If it does not , if it enlarges or if it is causing you pain and concerns, you may want to consult a skilled laparoscopic Gyn surgeon to discuss your options.
