I have been having a fluttery feeling in my head, it kind of feels like something's moving in a wave motion, also feel dizzy, confused, and nauseous ?

Could be from reflux, allergies with congested sinuses or sinusitis, could be rarely a herpes infection ( especially if you get cold sores) that requires acyclovir or benign positional vertigo but usually no confusion- that is a concern especially in a young individual. .
