Fluttery head: Would follow up with urgent care today. Could be from reflux, allergies with congested sinuses or sinusitis, could be rarely a herpes infection ( especially if you get cold sores) that requires acyclovir or benign positional vertigo but usually no confusion- that is a concern especially in a young individual. . Follow up with urgent care today
