NO IT IS NOT: You really need to either go to the emergency room ot check with your doctor as soon as possible these are not normal symtoms.

Head trauma/CT scan: Although this "sounds" like a concussion type syndrome. I am conerned re: balance and confusion: go to the er and get a ct scan now.
