Possible migraine: You may have a migraine headache. These are typically on one side of the head, pounding, & worsen upon moving. They can last days are frequently in the company of nauseousness & dizziness/vertigo & can come on without warning. You should see your doctor & may like to start keeping a journal of these things since it could happen again. BTW, is your period anywhere close?
