Chronic or acute? : If these symptoms are chronic and paroxysmal, recurring with your noted triggers above, then most likely you have exertional headaches. These headaches are commonly benign but do require investigation by an MRI of Brain for completion. If acute and abrupt in onset, then you should proceed to the Emergency Department of your local hospital.
