Do not think so: You can never say never, but this was probably not a seizure. Seizures normally last 30-90 seconds. They normally impair awareness, and people who have them do not remember how they felt. A hot and red face often occurs with dilation of small blood vessels in the skin, but not normally a seizure. Most seizures are best described by a witness.
