blurred and loss of vision, seizure like symptoms (veels like ballon expand and contracting in head), skin turning yellow, trouble swallowing and inauditable speech, muscle spasms, poor balance (drunk), migraine, joint pain etc. could it be anxiety?

Unlikely: with these symptoms you want to exclude an organic problem first before thinking of anxiety, if a doctor told you so, kindly seek a second opinion, preferably from a neurologist, good luck
