These sound more like complex partial seizures, and the medications are different for treating these. Also, consider seeing a specialty neurology clinic that deals just with epilepsy for a comprehensive evaluation and new treatment plan.

Complex: You currently are likely suffering mixed seizures, such as complex partial events, and sounds likely you very much need far better control. The lamotrigine dose may need adjustment. Other newer medications are available. See a neurologist ASAP. Currently, no driving, activities at heights, power equipment, swimming alone.
