Decongestants: Most likely you have nasal congestion. I suggest OTC decongestant by mouth or OTC nasal spray.

Could: try steam inhalation or nasal saline rinse and antihistamines or afrin nasal spray. If no improvement see your doctor

RhinitisMedicamentos: While I agree in general w/my colleagues, I would just argue against using decongestant nasal sprays which can lead to rhinitis medicamentosa.
