I have been feeling like i cant breath, and 1 side of my nose has been blocked for 8 months, and something keeps clicking in back when breathing in, what could this be? i cant keep feeling like something stuck in my throat?

Nose problems: Hi, it seems like there may be something structurally going on there and would need an ENT to look at it. It could be a deviated nasal septum or nasal polyps or chronic sinusitis on that side. Please have it looked at.

My neck cracks very often,whenever i take breath,turn head,raise shoulders.I have painful click when i turn my tilted head back.Im 17 y/o. What is it?
