I completed my residency in Family medicine and completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at The Cleveland Clinic. I practice geriatric and hospice/palliative medicine and I am ABMS board certified in both of these fields. I am an American Medical Director's Association certified medical director. I am in a private group practice. My practice consists of seeing patients as attending physician in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and independent living. I am also the medical director of a continuous care retirement community. I am a hospice medical director and see patients as hospice a physician. My areas of interest include, dementia, skilled rehabilitation, palliative care, and improved transitional care.

This was very helpful. Thanks! Surgery stopped. Could ekg readings been too low? Asthma happening, i had alot of pain, they were YELLING at me !
