Urology appt if not : Drink water based drinks including cranberry. It has a natural antibiotic. Not just with infection but everyday. Super hygiene. Wipe front to back and drop the tissue. If trouble with stains after BM. Use wash cloth to finish or baby wipes. Pee before and after sex. Be sure sex partner is clean. If not circumcised be double sure no smegms under foreskin. You may need a cysto etc

Recurrent UTI: For recurrent UTI, rule out any local abnormality in the urinary tract is making vulnerable to uti, some people may have increased incidence after sex, if no structural abnormality, prophylactic antibiotic might help from getting uti. Taking antibiotic every days for 3-6 months.
