Bladder problem: Bladder spasm is another problem. Anxiety or any other mental condition can also cause that bladder sensation.

How do we know: Its not ic- that's not an easy diagnosis, could be from c-section incision, could be painful bladder syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, would encourage you to see a pelvic pain specialist.
