Cranberry: Studies show that taking cranberry tablets or cranberry juice can reduce the risk of utis. Drinking lots of fluids and emptying your bladder before and after intercourse may help, too. If you have 3 utis in a year, your doctor may recommend taking a low dose of antibiotic when you have intercourse.
