Cervical Ectropion: Sometimes some of the cells from the uterine lining can grow out onto the cervix and lead to unexpected bleeding, sometimes with sex. This is not necessarily a problem so long as you're not bothered by this and so long as you've had a pap smear and confirmed no cancer. It can be a function of your hormones and can go away. Otherwise ablation/cryotherapy are treatments.
