Seek Clarification: The terms enlarged and aggravated are not clear or medically sound. If aggravated means that you have cervicitis then that is treated with antibiotics and testing to determine the infectious cause. I am not sure why you would be told your cervix is enlarged. The size of the cervix is highly variable from person to person and not clinically relevant. It would not indicate a problem.
