Yes: I don't know the specifics of your case or your surgery, but it may be possible. Women have successful pregnancies after having a LEEP procedure or even a cold knife cone procedure. The risks for preterm delivery are higher, but this is somthing that you can talk with your ob or a high risk ob doctor about. Of course you can also have a surrogate carry your baby, if that's an option for you.
