Hello, i have a really painful cut on the back of my left pinkie toe and i discovered it yesterday at a dancing competition, it really hurts what should i do?

If the cut is: Under the toe this is often caused by fungus. Having said that while u are in pain I would apply neosporin plus. The plus is lidocaine a numbing agent. Because, it often comes from fungus, I would also use an antifungal cream. Note: use creams before bedtime not while walking.

Keep it clean: Keep it clean by washing it with antibacterial soap and water. Apply a topical antibiotic and a Band-Aid twice a day. Keep an eye on it and check it for infection.
