Better get seen: Back pain with symptoms that radiate into your legs can be a sign of nerve compression. Its best to have a doctor take a close look at this problem. It can be just muscular, but it can be a herniated disc (like I have in my back) or other problem pressing on the nerves. A physical exam by an experienced doc can help distinguish the serious from the not so serious causes of this type of pain.
