Don'tBeATrackHack: You wanna guarantee being off the track on average more than less?Then don't allow a legitimate injury time to heal properly.Epsom Salt bath(BTW it's not a salt) won't hurt, neither will Arnica or Motrin.But most important is the proper rest, then rehab.And if your coach isn't in to that, fire your coach.The muscles in the leg are large and when injured need time to heal or you will re-injure them
