Post YAG: Burning is from a dry tear film most often due to an unstable tear film (clogged Meibomian glands or decreased tear production: see Eyedoc2020.blogspot.com for more info): this is not from the YAG laser as the laser only affects inside of eye. Usually take few days to a week for improvement if VA change was due to posterior capsule issues that could be treated with YAG. I hope this helps.
