Listen to your doc.: If the doc who did your surgery, said to wait 4 weeks, then that is what you should do. The professional who did the surgery knows exactly what the procedure involved and how best for you to successfully recover. We do not know, since we weren't there! Don't undo the surgeon's good work, and listen to the most qualified expert: the one who did the procedure.
