Mural ax: i'm a huge fan of miralax, (polyethylene glycol) it's safe, cheap and very effective. Try adding a cap (17g) of this dissolved in water or juice daily, you can increase or decrease the amount to achieve stools that are the consistency of (I know it sounds gross) soft-serve ice cream
