do platelet counts stay relatively level or fluctuate over time? 1/8/15 =199, 4/1/15 = 212 & 4/16/15 =387. normal to rise like that in 2 weeks?

Fluctuate: You are making new platelets every 10-12 days so any given day, your platelet count may be different. Hope this helps.
