Why would platelet levels fluctuate so much and can this be normal? 2/17 - 304, 5/18 - 360, 7/2019 - 321, 4/20 - 419, 6/20 - 384, 7/20 - 349, 8/20 - 453 (3 points out of range). All other bloodwork normal ranges. Is this concerning on it's own?

I get blood work done every few months and have had slowly rising platelet levels for over 3 years. I didn't even notice until this last test showed a 419 level. It's been in the high 300's for the last 3 years but this is the first time out of range?
Is it normal for hypothyroide patients to have their platelet count fluctuate in normal range last time when i checked my platelet count is 227k so it is normal to fluctuate platelet count in normal range from 150k to 400k,I'm taking thyroxin 50mcg?
