Demand explanation: You're intelligent and you deserve a full account of what's really going on. If a person who is not iron deficient is given an injection of iron, the saturation will rise and then fall without improving health. How was this clinical option selected? If you are iron deficient, why? Heavy periods? Loss from vegetarian diet? Do you have a bleeding ulcer or stomach / bowel lesion?
