What are the dangers of alcohol if at one time my liver enzymes were at 700+ and 500+, but are now normal both being under 45? platelets also normal

Real danger: You simply need to know why your liver enzymes were up, and whether you have recovered. If you had acute hepatitis A or B and are recovered, if you were allergic to a medication, if you had hepatitis C but are cured, or Hemochromatosis or Wilson's and are recovered, enjoy your alcohol wisely. The real danger in this situation is if you don't know your past history. Best wishes.

Which enzymes?: Certain liver enzymes GGTP are more sensitive predictors- it seems that you havenormalized; however, I am not sure what you are referring to: consult your private physician.
