Is it normal for hypothyroide patients to have their platelet count fluctuate in normal range last time when i checked my platelet count is 227k so it is normal to fluctuate platelet count in normal range from 150k to 400k,i'm taking thyroxin 50mcg?

Yes, the platelet count can fluctuate for a variety of reasons. As long as the count doesn't go too low (we start getting concerned at less than 100k), or too high (more than 500k) there is nothing to worry about.
