Get appropriate help: You absolutely have options and there is hope of having a healthy baby! Your age group is higher risk, so you should seek help from your OB and perhaps a fertility specialist and/or a high-risk pregnancy specialist. You're asking the right questions, and I wouldn't wait any longer. But you need a capable team to inform you of your options and see you through your pregnancy. Good luck!
