Grown back ovary: I would speculate that they left an ovary and didn't actually take it out if there's still one there. I would absolutely talk to your surgeon and get some imaging to confirm that it's an ovary. They don't grow back. And also you cannot get pregnant as there is no uterus to support a pregnancy.. Talk to your OB and get some imaging tests to evaluate

Extremely unlikely: By full hysterectomy you must mean a hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoophorectomy. That means both tubes and ovaries were also removed. Ovaries do not grow back. Maybe it was not a "full" hysterectomy. If you still have an ovary and you are not menopausal it may still ovulate. See your doctor to discuss this issue as it really depends on your actual surgery.
